Alisa Smith

Born and raised in Charleston, SC , she began her career in real estate 2015. Working alongside some of the top agents in the Lowcountry as a closing coordinator, she quickly emerged through the ranks leading to her establishing her own TC company in South Carolina, Carolina Transaction Coordinators, LLC.(2019) Her passion for helping others coupled with her experience in the real estate field have carried her serving clients in SC and NC through the years.

Outside of real estate, she enjoy spending time with family, home decor and shopping.

She is passionate about real estate and more than ready to provide quality service, build healthy relationships, & ultimately give each client the absolute best home owning experience in North Carolina.
